Description of machine:
Machine application: The rubber sheet from the Calendar or Twin Screw Extruding Sheeter, soaked, cooled, dryed etc.
Machine using condition: highest temperature 40°C, lowest temperature 5°C, highest relative humidity 95%.
Power: AC380/220,50Hz, cooling water pressure: 0.4MPa, cooling pressure 0.7~0.8MPa
A. Integrating the operations of separant applying, air cooling, cutting and wig-wag staking, realizing continuous working and high-efficiency production.
B. Dipping slab for separant applying to achieve uniform applying and not polluting.
C. Long air-cooling time brings about good cooling effect.
D. Fixed-length cutting and adjustable cutting length.
E. PLC technology and invertor adjsutment are adopted, easy for full-process control.
1.Function:
The batch-off is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.
2.Features:
1). There are two structure types: overhead and floor-standing types, whose hanging racks are vertically turning with compulsive cooling.
2). The rubber strip hanging bar adopts step by step cylinder or motor-reducer for driving.
3. Structure:
1) The batch-off unit consists of mainframe and electrical control system.
2) The mainframe is composed of splicer, printing, slitter, isolation cooling, lifting device, hanging strip cooling, auto wig wag section, weighing, handrail, platform and supporting bracket etc..
3) The electrical control system consists of main control cabinets, and there are emergency stop device in key areas.

1). The clients can choose high or low disposition according to the practical requirements.
2). The high dispostition batch-off line has hydraulic auto wig wag section, which can battle the rubber strip tidily, the strip tidy ratio≤100mm
3). There are three working positions for auto entering and outputting of material tray; auto rubber collecting device, auto cutter, it has high automatization and can realize nobody operating.
