We can manufacture two types of rubber tile machine:
(1) 4 working layers rubber floor tiles press machine (can also make 2/3 working layers if you need)
- This machine can make rubber tiles with 500x500mm or less than 500x500mm. 
- This machine is much cheaper. If the budget is not large, this type machine is a good choice to start production rubber floor tiles. 
- It can set vulcanizing time, exhause time and open moulds automatically. 

(2) Rubber floor tiles press machine with bigger size, 1200x1200 or 1800x1200 etc. 
- This machine can make rubber tiles with 500x500mm, 1000x1000mm, 500x1000mm, etc. 
- The machine can also make rubber stoppers, rubber parking bumpers, etc. Just changing the moulds. 
- The machine is fully automatic type: it can set vulcanizing time, exhause time, etc. After press the start button, the machine will be moved to vulcanizing position, close the mould automatically. After reaching the set vulcanizing time, it can open the mould and move out the vulcanizing position automatically. 
- The configuration of the machine is relatively higher.
