I. Features of rubber plate vulcanizing press
XLB-50T (750 * 750/2) is a 2-layer, column-type flat plate vulcanizing machine. It consists of a base, a hydraulic cylinder, a plunger, a movable platform, an upper beam, and an upper and lower hot plate.
1.XLB-50T (750 * 750/2) flat vulcanizing machine production line is mainly suitable for vulcanizing large rubber products and mass production rubber products. The largest single product that can be vulcanized is 1100 * 1100mm.

2.XLB-50T (750 * 750/2) is a frame type flat vulcanizing machine, which is composed of a frame plate, a base, a hydraulic cylinder, a plunger, a movable platform, an upper beam, and an upper and lower hot plate.

3.Upper and lower platforms: Q235A steel plate welded integral structure, post-weld fire treatment to eliminate welding stress, welding is made of Japanese CO2 gas shielded welding wire, and then finished. Natural cooling is used during the vulcanization process.

The hot plate displays the temperature and controls the temperature automatically.

5.The frame plate is made of rolled Q235A steel plate, the structure is welded frame plate, mechanical shot blasting and rust removal, and spraying zinc-rich series paint.

6.When the hydraulic system reaches the working fluid pressure, hold the pressure for 1 hour, the hydraulic system pressure drop is less than 10% and the hydraulic system is not blocked, and there is no leakage; when the pressure drop exceeds 10% of the working pressure, the hydraulic system automatically replenishes until it reaches the working pressure until. The system has a safety pressure limiting device.

7.Hydraulic cylinder adopts QT500-7 nodular cast iron or cast steel material. The plunger is made of dense cast iron after heat treatment and fine grinding after casting. The surface hardness is the same as that of the rubber mixer drum. , The material is oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber and plastic.

8.control of electric device:The vulcanization host is automatically controlled, and the button is opened and closed by manual operation. Parameters such as vulcanization time, air release times, and automatic mold opening can be set on the touch screen.
