I. Product Overview
EVA granulator is an efficient processing equipment developed for thermoplastic materials such as ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). It is mainly used to convert EVA raw materials into uniform granular semi-finished products through processes such as melting, mixing, extrusion, and cutting. This device is widely used in industries such as shoe materials, packaging, automotive interiors, wires and cables, providing key support for the production of EVA foam products, masterbatch, modified plastics, etc. By precisely controlling process parameters, the equipment can achieve high consistency in particle size, meet the strict requirements of downstream production for raw materials, and significantly improve production efficiency and product quality.

a. Daily maintenance
Cleaning inspection: Clean the residual materials in the material cylinder and mold head after each shift to prevent carbonization; Check the wear of the cutting blade and replace the blunt blade in a timely manner.
Lubrication and maintenance: Add high-temperature resistant lubricating grease to transmission components such as screw bearings and gearboxes to ensure smooth operation.
Parameter calibration: Verify the accuracy of temperature sensors and pressure transmitters weekly to ensure the accuracy of process parameters.
b. Regular maintenance
Deep cleaning: Disassemble the screw and mold head every quarter, use specialized cleaning agents to remove carbon deposits, and check the degree of screw wear (allowable radial wear ≤ 0.1mm).
System testing: Perform program backup and functional testing on the PLC control system every six months, calibrate the cutter speed and cooling water flow sensor.
