I. Introduction
This batch-off cooler can cooling the rubber sheets from high temperature to room temperature, and applicable to any kinds of rubber materials.

1.Function:
The batch-off is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.
2.Features:
2.1. There are two structure types: overhead and floor-standing types, whose hanging racks are vertically turning with compulsive cooling.
2.2. The rubber strip hanging bar adopts step by step cylinder or motor-reducer for driving.
3. Structure:
3.1 The batch-off unit consists of mainframe and electrical control system.
3.2 The mainframe is composed of splicer, printing, slitter, isolation cooling, lifting device, hanging strip cooling, auto wig wag section, weighing, handrail, platform and supporting bracket etc.. 
3.3 The electrical control system consists of main control cabinets, and there are emergency stop device in key areas.

4.2. The high dispostition batch-off line has hydraulic auto wig wag section, which can battle the rubber strip tidily, the strip tidy ratio≤100mm

7.2. The rubber batch-off cooler is a conbined construction. Customer can add or reduce the middle support as required.
7.3. Customer can select the transverse strip cutter and the strip slitter according to the processing requirements.
