1.Usage
It is used in plasticating and mixing for the general rubber.
2.Feathure of structure
a.This machine is composed of the motor,the pressing device,banbury mixer,the rotor body,reducer box,pneumatic control system,turning device,heating and cooling system and belt drive unit,etc.
b.Banbury mixer uses the jacketed type cooler and its inner wall plates hard chrome.Both ends of the rotor is supported by spherical roller bearing.The rotor is oval and the bottom of top bolt is also plating hard chrome.
c. The turning device adopts cycloid reducer and worm gear and worm drive with strong bearing capacity and long life.When unloading,the banbury mixer turns 140degree based on the front rotor as axle.
d.The reducer adopts standard hard tooth reducer which is strong bearing and easy maintain.The ratio gear uses alloy steel to be thermal refining and lubrication with thin oil with the ratio of 1:1.21.
e.The banbury mixer,the rator and the up top peg all set with cooling(heating)system and the water consumption is adjustable through the vavle.
f.electrical system uses superior electrical components and it is controlled by PLC which is imported from Japan.

a.Cutting blade:uses good quality alloy 9CrSi,which is wear-resistance,sharp,and high hardness.
b.Oil cylinder:adopts the professional high pressure steamless steel pipe as cylinder block.The piston-rod uses 45# steel plated hard chromium after the refined grinding to be high wear-resistance degree and good toughness.Sealing ring is made of superior quality rubber with high wear-resistance,oil resistance and anti-aging,which has long life and good sealing.
c.Frame:It is welded of international channel steel with high tensile properties and non-deformation.There is a lead protector installed in the bottom of cutting blade to prevent the damage of the blade.It can be used repeatedly after heating.
